I was born and raised in Atwater, California, in an area dominated by almond farming. I was raised on the family almond ranch and was an active member of the Future Farmers of America and 4-H Clubs, where I would raise and show swine projects. My husband, Zach Lewis and our three children, continue the tradition of living on the family ranch along with managing a small, third generation, Red Angus Beef Cow-Calf operation.
